How long will my order take?

Orders will be dispatched within the following timescales:

Comforters: 3-5 working days

Cushions: 5-7 working days

Patchwork Blankets: 7-10 working days

Wall Hangings: 3-5 working days

Hats: 3-5 working days

Stockings: 5-7 working days

Can I track my order?

It isn’t possible to track orders for delivery within the UK. Customers placing orders for international delivery will be emailed tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the products ordered and the delivery destination.

Comforters, wall hangings, Christmas stockings and clothing are classed as ‘small’. Shipping costs for these products are:

UK (Royal Mail First Class): £2.50

Europe (Royal Mail Tracked and Signed): £11.00

Rest of the World (Royal Mail Tracked and Signed): £12.00

Patchwork blankets and cushions are classed as ‘large’. Shipping costs for these products are:

UK (Royal Mail First Class): £4.50

Europe (Royal Mail Tracked and Signed): £14.00

Rest of the World (Royal Mail Tracked and Signed): £17.00

You will only be charged once for shipping, for the largest item in your order.

I live outside of the UK, will I incur customs charges?

As result of the UK leaving the EU, custom or import fees may now apply and these vary by country. The customer is responsible for any fees due and we can’t be held responsible for any custom delays. For more information please contact your local government website.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

We hope you will love your Smitten Knits products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, orders can be returned, unused and in the original packaging, up to 14 days after the receipt of goods for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after the day the returned product is received. It is the buyers responsibility to cover return postage costs.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personalised and bespoke orders unless faulty.

If you are returning a product from outside the UK please mark it as a return clearly on the customs form. This will prevent import charges on the returned parcel.

Do you offer a bespoke service?

Absolutely! If you have a design/colour palette in mind, or you’ve seen something you like, but you’d prefer it in a different colour, please contact me using the form below.
